Nominations for Women of Distinction Awards Are Open!

Nominations are open for the Women of Distinction Celebration.  Nominations are due Friday, February 1st.  Individuals are encouraged to nominate women in the community who have made impacts on their colleagues, students, etc. who's presence helps make this community the best it can be. 

The Theme of This Year's Celebration is "Let Equality Bloom."

Vivian Winston Scholarship for Mothers

The Vivian Winston Scholarship awards funds, historically ranging from $1,500-$4,000, to assist mothers attending Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, Washington State University: Spokane, Whitworth University, or the Community Colleges of Spokane with tuition and child care. The scholarship is named in honor of one of Women Helping Women Fund’s founders who worked through her life to remove barriers for women and children.

Applications should be completed by March 18, 2019.
