The Women’s Resource Center is an integral part of Washington State University’s commitment to equity and diversity. The Center works to promote a safe and supportive climate that enables women to engage as full and active participants within the university system. The Center helps transform the educational environment into a more inclusive and progressive institution by assisting, supporting, and mentoring women at Washington State University.

A Community that Cares

Toys for Whitman County Foster Children

Help support Foster Children of Whitman County by donating NEW unwrapped toys for children aged 1 month-18 years old.

Each year DSHS provides Christmas assistance to Foster Families in Whitman County, families that have generously taken in children and given them home, often more than one child and that makes granting Christmas wishes a little difficult. Using the foster children’s wish lists, your donations will be distributed by DSHS to children in these homes.

Your support and generosity will bring smiles to their faces this Christmas.

We also accept donations of new and gently used coats and hats for children and adults for the WSU Athletics Gray W donation drive.
